Who we are
Annie is an AI-created character. This site and the Unstuck workbook are run by the small team behind Annie, based in South Africa. If you have a question about your data, contact us at the address at the bottom of any of our emails.
What we collect
- Your email address and check results, if you ask for your plan after the stiffness check. Your results are your five check scores, your total and your stiffest area.
- Basic visit statistics, such as which pages were viewed. These are counted without cookies and don't identify you.
While you take the check, your answers are kept in your own browser so you don't lose your place. They're cleared when you close the tab.
What we use it for
- To send you your plan.
- To send Annie's emails about stretching and the Unstuck workbook, including when it launches.
- To make those emails relevant to you, for example tips for your stiffest area.
We never sell or share your email. We only email you because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email, and we'll stop.
Who helps us
- Kit (kit.com) stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and counts visits.
- Polar (polar.sh) handles payment if you buy Unstuck. Polar is the seller of record, so its own privacy policy covers your payment details. We never see your card number.
These companies may store data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by contracts to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and check results until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After that we keep only what we need to make sure we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us at the address at the bottom of any of our emails and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the Information Regulator in South Africa.
Not medical advice
The stiffness check and Unstuck are general information about gentle movement. They aren't a medical assessment or treatment. If something hurts, speak to your doctor or physio.
