Annie, 80, sitting in a deep squat on her living-room rug with her heels flat and her palms together
Annie is an AI character. The moves are real.

80. Bendier than you.

Gentle ten-minute stretches for stiff mornings, made for women over 45.

Take the free stiffness check

It's free, it takes about two minutes, and there's nothing to buy.

Does any of this sound familiar?

None of that means you're broken, love. It means you're stuck in a few places, and stuck can shift. The free check finds out where.

How the check works

  1. Do five gentle tests

With a chair and a wall, in your own kitchen. Each one shows you exactly what to do.

  2. See where you're stuck

You'll get a score out of 25 and find out your stiffest spot.

  3. Get your three moves

The three I'd start you on tomorrow morning. Ten minutes, tops.

I didn't start bendy

In my fifties I creaked getting out of bed, and reversing the car was a whole performance. What changed it wasn't a gym. It was ten minutes most mornings, a few of them before I'd even got up.

That's all I'll ask of you. No mat, no leotard, no rushing.

Little and often, love.Annie

Questions

Who is Annie?

Annie is an AI character, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. The stretches she shows are real, everyday mobility moves that you do at home, gently and at your own pace.

Is it safe for me?

The moves are gentle and you only go as far as is comfortable. Stop if anything gives a sharp pain or makes you dizzy.

If you've had a joint replaced, have osteoporosis, a recent injury, or anything else you're unsure about, check with your doctor or physio first.

What do I need?

A sturdy chair and a bit of wall. A ruler helps for the check, but your hands will do. No mat, no gym, no equipment to buy.

How long does it take?

The check takes about two minutes. Your three-move plan takes ten minutes a morning, and some of it you can do in bed.

What does it cost?

The check and your three-move plan are free. Unstuck, the full 28-day book, will be $19, or $14 during launch week.

What happens to my email?

Your plan shows on screen straight away. After that, I'll send the odd email with stretching tips and news about Unstuck. Your email is never sold or shared, and you can unsubscribe with one click. Privacy
